This Pismo Beach ocean view wedding took place on a cliff overlooking the blue Pacific in Shell Beach.   As the summer breeze softly rustled the yellow sashes that were tied to the chairs and the melon-colored sashes that decorated the pillars, the guests arrived, some in colors matching the salmon and yellow theme. One guest traveled all the way from San Diego to attend this wedding.   Since she had been friends with the bride since they were six years old, she said there was no way she was going to miss this special event.   The bride and groom added a special touch to the front row of seats to honor the deceased members of the groom’s family who, even though they were not present, surely looked down from above to witness this special occasion.

Finally the moment had arrived for the bride to make her entrance.   Escorted by her father, the bride walked down the path wearing a beautiful white wedding dress and veil and carrying a vibrant bouquet of yellow and orange roses.   When she was midway down the path, the groom turned for his first glimpse of his beautiful bride.

As the couple joined hands and faced each other, they pledged their love to one another with vows that they had each composed.   The groom vowed to love his bride when life seems easy and when it becomes difficult.   He promised to be true to her and to himself so that their love can grow and flourish through the years.   The bride promised to encourage and inspire her husband, to laugh with him and comfort him in the happiest times and the most difficult times.   She also promised to be his closest friend, his best cheerleader, and his faithful wife, always by his side.

After the ceremony, the bride and groom posed for group photos with various family members before they escaped to a private location for pictures of just the two of them.   The guests lingered and chatted a while before heading to the reception for more celebrating.

Our wish for this couple is that all their dreams come true.
